pierre_cantin
I decided to buy a rapidwinder made by Tom Abrahamsson. I am very glad more then that , i just love it. I can't belive it !! 1- My leica mp is taller and heavier a little . I like it, more space for my hands . I hold my leica better than without the rapidwinder. 2-I use it or not . I like it because i like to have the choise to rewind the old way.3- It is very well made strong and quality is perfect.Thank's Stuardp.s. I believe he still have a chrome one to sell

seb v.
Edmo and Stephan, very funny, LOL. Pierre, I got the Leicavit for my MP and I also love it. With the I can keep my eye to the wiewfinder and really concentrate on the subject. I must admit it was an impulse purchase but I now regard it as essential. Congrats, Seb. al henry
Pierre there was once a member of this forum who was convinced that if you were to drop a Leicavet or Rapidwinder in your lap while setting it would impale your testicles to the chair like a nail gun. He also believed that if a tarriest got one on a plane he could kill more people than Sampson did with the jawbone of a ass. It was post like this where Jay truly shined. He is missed. stephen_w.
Does your RW have the tulip receiver on it? The tulip is where you load the film into. if you wind normally, there will be clicking noise because the RW has no clutch, it's direct drive. Something the Leicavit does better. Just remove the receiver, Tom says one doesn't need it.
