christian deichert
Not my photo, but a good one nonetheless. Clearing barrels are ever present here in southwest Asia; since we carry weapons everywhere, we have to make sure that we don't have live rounds in the chamber. So we clear the chamber and squeeze the trigger into these barrels, which are properly padded in case there WAS a round in there. But of course, in our zero-defect army, if you pop a round in the barrel, you get nonjudicial punishment, even though it's designed to pop rounds into...sigh.<div></div>

miles_feigenbaum___dallas_
Doug, thats a great shot of the local honey, left and the dude on right getting ready to apply some 'seasoning'. Christian, i know a guy that last week got ready to pawn or sell his 223 rifle, he was making sure it wasn't loaded before he took it in, he emptied the clip or magazine, the rifle barrel was in a 'sock' and he had the muzzle pointed down at his waterbed; you got it, he pulled the trigger and wammo, right through the waterbed! I'll never go hunting with him!
