I use a hand held meter and expose for the hightlights, so the shadows will be a bit dark. Not too sure about the colour profile for my scanner, but it seems about right. I shot Sensia 100 (the amateur version of Astia) most of the time, which has significantly less contrast. I guess I should try some Provia 100F again...
