timw
Any guys gots one - what's your view of this camera?
elmarfudd
It's a beautiful little camera. Great low light performance (a classic Leica plus) with the combination of Panasonic's MEGA O.I.S, and the high sensitivity. It's considerably more pricey than Panasonic's version (although the same thing). I think the price is justified by a much better 2 year warranty, and the inclusion of Photoshop elements. Image quality is good, and noise suppresion is OK with higher ISO's.
joseph_barbano
I got the FX-01 as it came out before the C-Lux 1. You can't beat its convenience. I think it's a hard camera to get predictable results. Some picture are really, really good while others which should be a no-brainer, turn out very poorly. I would not recommend purchsing the C-Lux 1 over the FX-01 due to the price difference.<div></div>
joshua_dollins
I don't own but have used one. Great camera for the most part. though the panasonic is cheaper you are getting a better warranty thats twice as long and what $90 software. Plus its black with a leica dot! :) I'd buy one but I already have a canon
timw
Thanks guys, I already have a Canon 10D but sometimes I simply cannot be bothered to lug it around and have started to leave it at home, then wishing i hadn't!! hence the requirement for something smaller.
