robertbrown
I'm having a problem printing 13x19 prints (only sometimes) on my Epson 2200. The print printed fine at 8x8, but when I printed it 12x12, it took on a horrible green cast. Could this be caused by increasing the number of pixels. Any ideas would help. Thanks.<div></div>
robertbrown
Here's the one with the green cast.

robertbrown
Jams, thanks for your input. I will try it when I get home tonight! Also, is there any way it could be Photoshop. My son was playing with my PS CS--could he have messed up the color settings?
john_demott
Usually a sudden color shift on the 2200 is caused by a plugged nozzle (e.g., green shift caused by plugged magenta or light magenta). Try printing the nozzle test pattern from the utilities tab on the driver. If that shows a plugged nozzle, then run the cleaning utility.
robertbrown
John--thank you! I hope that solves the problem--that would be too easy.
dglickstein
As John said. I run the nozzle utility 2 times if I haven't printed for a day or more. Especially with large paper. There is away to print the colors to see if any ink is missing. Run that first. This has happened to me several times. They say running the utility wastes a lot of ink, but I think the paper waste with the wrong color is more costly. dG
