Recently, we had a report of an apparition of the Virgin Mary on the

wall of an underpass in Chicago. Here is a photo for you to decide

It is a salt drain stain. And the local talk-radio station (WLS) is refering to it as "Our Lady of the Underpass".The situation has caused massive traffic clogging conditions for an area that is already one to be avoided.

Seriously this phenomena is not so unusual. I heard a rumour that Al Kaplan started appearing on people's shirts in various parts of the world. Now that is weird!

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so darn frightening. Some people who actually believe

in this kind of ridiculous BS are in fact in charge of the most powerful nation in the

world.

Actually it was his image that started appearing on people's shirts. Mine appeared after spilling a cuppa tea, after being bumped by a photographer holding a funny looking small camera at arm's length while trying to take a picture of himself.

This is just another instance of people seeing what they WANT to see. You could make just about anything out of it if you looked at it long enough. When someone suggests something is there, it's hard to see anything else. I'm just glad I have better things to do with my time.
