christopher_engeler
I wonder if production of these lenses will be also be halted. It seems that Kyocera is discontinuing all Contax film cameras (SLR and G-series, at least). Link.
h.d._shin
The ZM lenses (M for Leica M mount) aren't Contax/Kyocera, they're products of a new partnership between Zeiss & Cosina.

dan_brown14
Indeed, I truly believe that my 2001 vintage CoolPix 880, on Program mode, can take better pictures than any in that comparison.
stephen_w.
Web contests are hard to judge, unless one does it as Adny Piper and LCT do them with cropping/enlarging segments of the photos for "closer" examination. Differents then can be seen on a monitor. I do see slight differences in the original post, but it's not that informative, as I cannot read Japanese. robert goldstein
Great shots. I'm satisfied that we now know all that we need to know about the new lenses. On to a new topic, please.
