butt shot...historical reference

Recommended Posts

although a fairly frequent contemporary subject for w/nw threads on

this forum, the "butt shot" apparently has roots steeped in leica

history. while perusing a leica photography magazine (volume 8,

number 3) from 1955, i ran across an article extolling the virtues

of the hector 125mm f2.5 lens. below is the photo on page 12, the

second photo is the caption. i suppose it all dates back to the

second bite from the apple...<div>00B6iV-21818784.jpg.0ac6db61adea9de05e2fd59eccb90447.jpg</div>

And it only requires a small bit of imagination to picture the various Leica forum members sitting at their screens, scrolling through a buttshot thread, waving their arms in the air, and hooting and howling. (If only we could just get them to stop throwing feces . . .)

OK, you're right, Skeeter! I'll leave it:

I must have eaten at least a dozen bananas since last night and none of Skeeter's extensive collection of monkey butt photos turns me on in the least!

Thanks for the link, Hashim! I'm tempted to ask why you saved it but I'll leave that alone...

Heather, it's great to know that not all of us perverts who like looking at monkey bottoms are men...LOL

Maybe we should all start posting pix of our butts with our bios ~ click on a name, look at a butt! And then there's the 2006 Al Kaplan T-shirt photo to think about. The possibilities are boundless.
