120 film roll in a Hasselblad A24 back ?

No, that's not possible.
The 120 roll has a kind of cardboard back, and the 220 roll doesn't. Thus both rollfilms don't have the same thickness.

Please think that if Hasselblad manufactured two different backs, one for the 120 and another one for the 220 rollfilm, and called them A12 and A24, they had probably a reason.
When I was photographing weddings, there were quite a few times, when the bride and groom went to change, that I only needed to shoot 10 or 11 shots of the last dance and good bye shots. For these times, I used a roll of 120 film in a 220 back, and never had any problem. The only thing that you have to remember is that the spacing between frames will sometimes be a bit more than normal, and part of the 12th frame might be lost. So just remember to only shoot 11 exposures instead of 12, just to play it safe.
