tan_tien_yun
Taken with an uncoated summitar with a +1 stop yellow filter. Lighting was backlit and strong in contrast, so had abit of trouble trying to retain details in the man's face. Well, you win some, and you lose some...<div></div>

tan_tien_yun
Very much a vintage look with high contrast. Everytime I try to do these sorts of looks I always ended up with an overdeveloped neg. Not easy to control to get that right touch..gives that hot and sundry atmosphere for me ;).
Tan, Yes I scan with an epson 3170. Seems to work decently for my purposes, although sometimes it accentuates the grain to unpleasant levels that don't show up on my (wet) prints.
The 3170 does much better with MF than 35mm. the following pic is an example of fp4 scanned at just 600dpi. somewhat large file. Shows detail very well.<div></div>
