I would like to make known that in case you have thought about Lotus

View Cameras as an attractive alternative to the well known Wisner

etc. view cameras - yes, I got a demo model (5x7) in

Colorado ....and I am planning to present it and a review about it

on my website in the near future.

Has anyone of you experience with Lotus View cameras? I would be

very interested to hear from you - all feedbacks are welcome, not

only the praises!

Thanks and regards George Nyman (http://www.gnyman.com)

Since you haven't gotten many responses I'll add a relatively insignificant one. A friend has a Lotus, one of the odd sizes, maybe 6x12 or something like that. I've seen it and played around with it a little. It's a beatiful camera and seems to be very well made. I know he was happy with it - in fact he had two, one of which he kept in the U.S. and the other in Europe - before he switched to digital (????).

To all who have replied - I will have one 5x7 Lotus View camera as demo camera at my location in Colorado (South Denver area). If you are planning to visit the Imaging USA 2005 exhibition, you can see it there as well - I have started to act for Lotus View as a consultant with my primary residence in CO.
