ericwarnke Posted December 27, 2004 Share Posted December 27, 2004 NYS sued and won against several electronic companies because they were denying rebates based on the "one per household" ... the problem is they counted an entire apartment complex as one household. It was a good idea to get a pulse on whether others were getting rebates 3. Regardless of a PO Box or outsourcing, it is still a commitment from Canon. Not only is it illegal to commit such a fraud and on such a large scale, they stand to lose so much more than a small amount of money in rebates--customer loyalty 4.
