dave_kendall
I'm looking for some "inspiration" you might say. I'm a novice, thinking about starting a side business in photography. I have aninterest in portraits...specifically high contrast, high saturationsimilar to glamour type photos. the catch is i try my best to avoidnudity. fine art is one thing, but erotic glamour shots are another. I was just wondering if anyone can point me to some good sites togive me inspiration and ideas, without the nudity. I've been on OneModel Place quite a bit, but it's hard avoiding all the "bad stuff". any suggestions? also while i'm at it...any good sites that would show lighting setupswould be great too! thanks! amber1
Dave, I just bought a great book entitled Portrait Photography -- Secrets of Posing & Lighting by Mark Cleghorn. It is not specifically for "glamour" photography, but it is very specific on the lighting setups for many different types of photography. Good luck. I know it is available at Barns and Nobel and probably on Amazon.--Amber Bowins
jay_de_fehr
Maybe you're just too delicate to be a "similar to glamour type" photographer.
