tom_johnson2
When playing clips from Movie Maker's Collection window I get distorted sound. It's like the sound is cuting in and out very fast. This makes it hard to determane what goes onto the story board. Has anyone had this problem, and what can be done about it? I am running XP on an HP. Not ready to buy another editor. beauh44
Hi Tom, I'm not familiar with Movie Maker, but does your sound work OK otherwise? In other words, is it just MM that's not right? If so, it would seem that you'd want to contact Microsoft and/or look at their website for updates. You might want to make sure your sound card driver is up-to-date as well. Good luck! tom_johnson2
Yes otherwise my sound is fine, and even when I move a clip to the storyboard, the sound is good. It's only when I run a clip from the Collections window do I get this problem, and yes I am using the latest version.
