Sto-Fen Omni Bounce for SB-600 fit issues?

No, I had the same experience. The thing does not really fit at all.

I had the same problem with the OM-EX, too. I e-mailed them and they said to try soaking it in hot water and then putting it on the head (after drying it off) and letting it stay on there to stretch a little. I did that and it made it easier to put on that time, but the next time it was a struggle again. I just saw that Sto-fen has an OM-600 available now, so I just gave up and ordered one of those.

Did you diffuser come with the holder that attaches to the flash? If so, don't use it. I have SB-600, I have Sto-Fen Omni Bounce and I simply slide the diffuser on the flash head without the holder. The fit is tight enough and doesn't require anything extra to hold the diffuser in place. BTW, it slides on and off very easily as well.

It does not fit. I returned mine. A Rubbermaid tupperware probably fits better than this thing.
