You would need the same on an 18x24 camera to hold 8x10 holders. There is no way that 8x10 and 18x24 holders have the same outside dimensions. I know that the 13X18 are alot closer to 5X7 then the 18X24 are to 8X10 and there are still problems with trying to interchange them. Could you try removing the 18X24 back and putting an 8X10 on the camera? There would be minimal trimming of the 8X10 back Are you sure the camera has a film holder? Alot of the 18X24 cameras took glass plates. If it does take a film holder, I believe J&C sells film in the metric sizes so you might want to do that instead. armin_seeholzer Posted November 17, 2004 Share Posted November 17, 2004 Hi Jason I have two 18x24 Holders its the old german format and the outside dimension is exactly as the 8x10. But the inside dimensions are different! The problem is you only can use 18x24cm films wich are a bit smaller then 8x10 and they are hard to find. I only have found some B/W from Mahn in germany!
