Can anyone advise me if the "Nikon full line product guide Vol 10

April 2004" is given free or purchasing is required? Where can I

get/buy it? What is the retail price if purchasing is required?

It should be free from your neighborhood nikon dealer.

So I am not sure if I buy a new camera or lens, will they give it for free.

For a few weeks at my local camera store they were giving them out free as part of some kind of Nikon promotion, but the guy said that after a certain date I would have to pay for it, so I guess it depends.

If you cannot obtain one from a local Nikon dealer, just e-mail a request to Nikon USA. Go to the Nikon USA website, click on the "contact us" tab, select Nikon Mall and Customer Service from the drop-down menu. This is how I got mine; it arrived about a week after I sent the request.
