shawn_hooper
Not sure if this is the "right" place (please feel free to move me...still kinda new here). But Kodak is issuing a $1000 rebate on the DCS Pro SLR/c. That's the Canon mount 14 Megapixel digital SLR. Just an FYI. Thanks,Shawn HooperHighland Creations Photography
larry_tudor1
I guess they didn't have any other options since for whatever reasons, the DCS Pro SLR/c had worst reviews than the Pro SLR/n.
christopher_engeler
That's actually a spectacular deal: B&H price is $3495 - $1000 = $2495 for a full-frame 14 MP digital SLR. I don't need faster frame rate or the autofocusing capabilities of the $7000 Canon 1DsII. I think I'll go for this.
christopher_engeler
Just read the fine print. Sorry to see that the B&H price already reflects the rebate.
coolmingli
Chris, the price reflects rebate already.
andrew robertson
Look at some sample images before you decide it's almost as good as the 1Ds! Images out of those Kodak heaps look like impressionistic paintings when examined at high magnification. The sensitivity is very low as well - ISO 12 looks decent, but why the hell would one even use ISO 12? Normal speeds look horrid. This camera also has the most fundamentally non-Canon interface of all time.
rainer_viertlb_ck
you ever worked with one of this cameras? i am sure you didnt after reading your statement.... what you write is just wrong at 100%, but sounds good to blame things you dont know, isnt it?
