alex_fan1 Posted October 14, 2006 Share Posted October 14, 2006 Hi, I had not used my printer for about two year and few days ago I tried to use it again, but it only print out black and color bars for whatever content I am trying. AaronFalkenberg Posted October 14, 2006 Share Posted October 14, 2006 Have you tried several cleaning cycles? You might also need a couple of new ink cartridges. There is also a small foam absorbtion pad on the right (under the print head if it is turned off) that may be saturated or possibly dried that could prevent the nozzels from printing properly. alex_fan1 Posted October 14, 2006 Author Share Posted October 14, 2006 Aaron, Thx for your suggestions, the foam pad is saturated and I have dried it by a piece of toliet paper, however it doesn't help. The ink is still have more than 80% full. If the nozzle is damaged and it may not be worth to buy a new set of ink for trying. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
