Upsizing Cropped Photos

I am a little confused about how to upsize photos that have been

cropped without distorting the image. For example, is there a way to

upsize a image cropped to 3x7 to a standard 8x11&1/2 standard

printout size?

No.

 

If the 3 becomes 8, the 7 becomes 18.

 

You have to decide if you want to lose part of the image or waste paper.

 

I think you can order 8x12s so if you want the full image the 7 becomes 12 then the 3 would become 5.14 (12 divided by 7 equals 1.71. 1.71 times 3 equals 5.14)

 

In photoshop you can resize without "constrain proportions" checked which means you can make it anysize you want to, but people will either gain or lose a lot of weight.
