dan st. germain
Nikon D70: when I take nef/raw shots I get on-camera screens that show the histogram and image specs. Is there a way to see the specs after I import them into Photoshop CS. I thought this was one attribute of a NEF/RAW file.......that is retaining image info. ShunCheung
I have a D100. Those specs can be seen in NikonView; I am not sure about Photoshop.
nikos peri
The image when saved in Jpeg will retain the Exif data (unless you use the "save for web" option). Maybe PhotoShop CS has addessed that. Otherwise, NikonView or Capture...

hensil
Hi Dan, If you are using the Photoshop CS then from File choose Browse. After opening the folder of your pics select one and the specs will be shown. I hope you have the NEF plug-ins for Photoshop CS.
dan st. germain
I can see the histogram. That's a no brainer. Its the specs I was hoping to see.....or not lose. I use Photoshop CS and the most recent Adobe plugin. I'll try Henry's suggestion. Thanks!
