catherine_casalino
I have a Brownie Starflash and was wondering where I can purhase film and replacement flash bulbs for this camera, since I had no luck at a local photo shop. The manual asks for Kodacolor C 127 film (12 exp) and for M-2, M-5, M-25, M-5B or M-25B lamps. Thank you!
protophoto
Try "Film for Classics." They're on the web. They've got the 127 film cartridges, but I'm not sure if they have the flashbulbs.
john_shriver
You can get 127 film at J&C Photo or Frugal Photographer. Both are fine reputable companies.

You have a narrow choice of films. Macophot UP100, B&W monochrome. Macochrome UPR 100 E-6 slide film. There is also Efke R100, also B&W monochrome, which is probably the same source as the Macophot. No color print film, although Frugal Photographer is now selling 46mm wide Portra 160NC to reload on old backing paper.

As for flashbulbs, there's always eBay. Plently of places on the web, like www.flashbulbs.com. Flashbulbs aren't cost-effective anymore, but they pack a wallop of light.
joseph_c._ohlsen
Believe it or not, big B&H Photo in NY sells 127 and other outmoded film sizes. J.C.
john_reichenbach
Catherine, Sorry I'm late to this party but I wanted to give an endorsement for both B & H and the Frugal Photographer. I've also used Film for Classics but they're a bit pricey. Good Luck, John
