olivier_reichenbach
Here is a challenge for anybody. Can anyone post pictures of one, two, or even three generations of babies who have ended up photographing THEIR babies with a Leica? LikeÇ babye one was photographed by baby two with a Leica who was photographed by baby three with a Leica... etc...È The Leica does not have to be the same, but wouldn't it be great? edmo
Jay has a family and if you try photographing them he'll kick your ass.

jonathan_reynolds
Does it just so happen that you have one, Olivier? Otherwise, why?
edmo
The mans a legend...some say he's as big as a bear with arms like tree trunks. His eyes as cold as hardened steel. Others say he roams southern Florida with a real penchant for stomping on the scrawny little hairy asses of street photogs. <p> Beware brother, beware where you tread. jonathan_reynolds
Always beware where you tread. But in this context beware who mends your teeth.
al_kaplan1
Jay is a dentist. Also a very knowledgeable Leica owner/user. He just seems to irritate some people. You can still find him on other photo.net forums.
olivier_reichenbach
Okay, usual suspects, there is a thread about a "first roll" which ended up in a discussion about photographing babies, or not. Sooo, breathe deeply five times, inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, and RELAX. THIS WAS MEANT AS A JOKE! My God...
patricks
we all should have learned by now that humor and leica don't mix together. at least not on this board.
jonathan_reynolds
Sorry, Olivier, I missed that thread. But I hadn't noticed that this was getting in any way nasty. Just good humoured inanities, surely.
olivier_reichenbach
That's okay, Jonathan. I didn't mean you. In fact, I should have said "usual suspect".

john15
"Phil Kneen" and Jay [who I thought made his living making crowns and caps for dentists] were a couple of the best contributors to this forum. Now we talk about 3rd gen baby pix. JAAAYSUS!....

billsr
Jay was spotted just a few days ago on the digital forum. I e-mailed him months ago, saying how he was missed here. I won't reveal his exact response, suffice to say "he ain't likely to come back!"BTW I have no quarrel with posting baby pictures, particularly lightly clad babies, about 18-19 years of age! Best regards, Bill
