Rollei HFT lenses usable on PQ era bodies?

Does anyone here use Rollei HFT 6006 era lenses on the 6008 or 6003

bodies? The old lenses top shutter speed is lower @ 1/500 than the PQ

lenses, but other than that are they easily usable? The lens in

question is the 120/4 macro. Would I be able to move to a 6003 or 6008

and still be able to use my favorite lens? Thanks

Yes, old (Non-PQ) lenses work on a 6008/6003. Off course lightmetering is with closed

down aperture. BTW: PQ-lenses and Non-PQ lenses both have a max shutter speed of 1/

500 sec. PQS lenses have 1/1000 sec.

I use the HFT 50mm, 150mm and 250mm lenses on my 6008 SRC 1000. I can not use all the features of the 6008, but the lenses still work. The results from the optics look as good as what I see with the new lenses. The first lens I rebuy in the newer series is the 50mm. The HFT 50mm does not a have FLE.

 

Your 120mm should work well, but not in all automatic setting.
