Ken Lieberman and DAG

Hello All,

 

Just a thank you for the recommendations of both Ken Lieberman and DAG. I had Ken

blow up a negative to 20x30 of a very sharp landscape scene in Bergen Norway. It

was mounted on 'gator board' for display. I have never seen such clarity in this type

of enlargement. His work is simply wonderful.

In regards to DAG, he sent my lens back to me within a week, and it now feels as

though it is new. He was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, and is obviously a

real perfectionist. I am sold.

Again, both of these people were recommended to me by this board, and I wanted to

share my positive experiences.

Mind sharing some of the Bergen pics? I was there last June and it

was spectacular. There are some pictures on my <a

I would but my scanner broke, and I am consdering a new one. No pics or chromes

were scanned before it went crazy. I travel to Bergen at least 4 times a year. What an

incredible place. So relaxed and beautiful. I love your portfolio. How about the tram

up to the top? Spectacular.

I don't have any experience with Lieberman, thankfully I've got a couple of great local pro labs near me. However I concur about DAG, from my experiences there's nobody else in the USA I'd trust with my Leicas.

Let me clarify: that's "M" Leicas. John Maddox in SC is my man for LTM, though I'm sure DAG is just as good.
