ken_roberts4
I have a Nikon N55, and a Nikon FE. If I buy an AF N55 zoom 80-200mm will it work on the FE in a manual mode, but allow auto exposure? I'm trying to buy just one lens that will work on both.Your input is appreciated.Ken

In other words, all lenses except G lenses.
ShunCheung
The answer to your question is similar to what is in this thread: http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00Gpae The main difference is that you are dealing with two film bodies so that DX lenses are not involved. As long as you are dealing with AF lenses that are not G, you should be fine.
