andre_reinders
Anyone have service issues with Zookbinders? I have seen many recommendations, but I am very put off after requesting album pricing through two e-mails, and leaving one voicemail - and no-one has gotten back to me. I have the opportunity to shoot a wedding this summer, and I have never prepared an album. The bride-to-be has requested some information, and I have having trouble providing that information without getting prices from Zookbinders. Any Canadians out there using Zookbinders? Do they have something against us?
john at storybook pages
We do lots of albums for photographers who outsource their album work and we've used Zookbinders many times and had good luck with them. Since they sell through photographers and designers only, they'll want some confirmation that you're one of them. Contact us if we can help. cariad
You have to be approved as a legit photographer or they won't give you prices :( Call them, they are very nice :)
andre_reinders
I gave them another chance - I called again tonight, and got a live person - they sent me prices..... bill_roe
I don't know about Zookbinders but efotolab.com had a pretty good deal with Renaissance and Tap albums. Check them out it seems their willing to work with people just getting started.
bill_clark___minnetonka_mi
I have a friend who uses them quite a lot and likes what they do. The reason I'm writing this memo is to allow whomever you choose enough lead time to do their part. The way I plan my wedding albums is if it takes the vendor 3 weeks, including transit, I will tell my client 4 to 5 weeks. Plan out your business and work with your vendors. Zookbinders looks like a terrific company. Develop a relationship with them. Make them a part of your team. Best to You!
