juan_dominaitis
I have my ears open for support. Already got a ZEISS SUPER IKONTA 530 A with a tessar 3.5 70cm lens and I look forward for support from any owner of one of these misterious beauties who can solve me which size/nomenclature is correct for this camera. I thank you in advance for the value of your help. KIND REGARDS. J.J.DOMINAITIS ------------------------------------
michaelging
I am not sure of what you are looking for Juan, the camera uses 120 roll film , and you get a 6x9 cm negative.
victorm.
It does use 120 roll film, but the frame size is approximately 6X4.5 cm. The Ikontas came in three basic sizes: A: 6X4.5, B: 6X6, C: 6X9. When I tried to confirm my post, the heading said "Category: Filters". The 7cm Tessar I have on an Ikonta A takes 32mm slip-on filters and hoods. juan_dominaitis
What I am really looking forward is to fit with a lens hood, a set of basic filters , and some stuff for close up work. It is a 4.5X 6 frame, I apreciate your fast feedback !!!! JJ
juan_dominaitis
The key quest is the size, the exact diameter to fit push on stuff or an adapter to acommodate the camera for serious tasks...
juan_dominaitis
Does it takes 32mm slip-on filters and hoods? Is Victor right ?
michaelging
Its not a good camera for close up work Juan, Being a rangefinder you can not focus that close, and if you do use a close up filter you will have to measure from the subject to the camera for every shot. michaelging
Yes it takes a A32 filter which is a push on filter. There are no threads on the front of the lens.
