What is the best adapter to mount a Nikon lens (F-mount) to the G1?

Anyone cares to comment on which adapter is best to allow the use of Nikon lens on the G1? I am particularly concerned with issues like durability, ability to focus to infinity and communicate with the camera to magnify the images in the view finder, and of course image quality. I saw one made by Cirrus on eBay, is it any good? I also saw one post which describes the use of a Nikon F to C mount adapter to allow some control of the aperture ring of a G lens. Has anyone found any adapter that can directly use the G lens on G1? Thanks.

I also have Rayqual, too, and there should be no better ones. The ones sold at Stephen Gandy (CameraQuest) are identical to Rayqual. Only difference is the absense of "RAYQUAL" and "Japan" print on the adaptor.

The adaptors (like the ones made by Novoflex) that can operate aperture of Nikkor G lens just have mechanism that moves the aperture tab at the rear of the Nikkor lenses. No electronic connection. No way to control the apertures from the comman dial of G1.

Yes, indeed, this was confirmed by the tech support from Novoflex. Do you know what to expect when a full-frame vs a DX (crop sensor only) lens is mounted on the G1? For example, I assume that the 50mm f1.8 AF-D lens would act like a 100mm f1.8 lens. However what will happen if the new 35mm f1.8 AFS DX lens is mounted?
