  1. It's that time of the week again so lets keep the tradition going. Feel free to post what you shot this weekend or there about.
  2. matches over weekend...
  3. ...more soccer...
  4. ...another match...
  5. ...women's hoop...

  11. Some highscool girls hoops
  12. Bringing the ball upcourt
  13. Driving to . . .
  14. I've got just one this week. High School Boys.
  15. High School Hockey
  16. Finally! Something from me other than basketball
  17. Oh, rats, forgot the caption. Here it is:
  18. This was the first time I stood in the balcony for overhead shots. I'll get better with practice.
  19. With the bars and the beam, from above, you don't get the spectacular flying shots you get from below
  20. I didn't shoot any floor pictures this time
  21. And of course, more basketball
  22. Louisiana Tech is in a rebuilding year, I expect them to be much better next year.
  23. Matt Nelson with another layup
  24. I do it for the danger.
  25. Youth soccer
  26. Hiya Wilson, I need to email you for a question if it's OK. It was a tough weekend for the lady Cougs. First USC came to town and it was a close one:

    <img src="http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f158/mharris660/USC24web.jpg">

    When UCLA rolled in on Saturday it didn't get any better:

    <img src="http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f158/mharris660/UCLA16web.jpg">
    Trying wide under the net.

    <img src="http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f158/mharris660/UCLA1bweb.jpg">

    And the look that really sums it up:

  27. I am new at trying to post photos directly into a forum as opposed to a link. What size does the photo need to be or how do you go about uploading it so it appears in the post? Thanks.
  28. If you want to use the upload feature, the image can be no more than 512 pixels wide, and you must have a caption.

    You can also include them in html code, as many people do. I would just copy their code.
  29. Michael, no problem and feel free to e-mail at wilsont@photo.net.
    Bob, Alex is right (actually suppose to be 511 piexels max, reason I kept it at 511x340 to retain 2:3 ratio regardless of horizontal or vertical posting,) and make sure to add caption. However I notice that many managed to make larger image post with no problem. Here's the official instruction.
  30. I'm very new to this and this gym was very dark but here are a few of my attempts.
  31. Here's another. I also know my wb was off and I'm still trying to figure out how to fix that.
  32. Thanks Alex and Wilson. I'll try and add some worthwhile images next week after attending an Arizona soccer tournament this coming weekend.
  33. Here is another. My timing was good but my focus was off.
  34. And one more. The ball is blurry but I like the girl's tongue.
  35. The color in the USC vs Washington pictures is incredible! I love it. All the photos above are wonderful. you all give me something to strive for!
  36. Donna for the lighting you probably have to deal with your pictures rock! Your first and second ones are fantastic. I used to use a white card for WB but now I use an Expo Disk. They are about 100 dollars but really help in weird places like gyms with goofy lighting.
  37. It's going to be cold this weekend! Go Pack Go!
  38. Frank that is a classic photo that really speaks volumes about Green Bay football.
  39. Thanks, Michael. That made my day. :eek:)

    This photography can be addicting. :eek:) I might have to keep shooting basketball after my daughter graduates next year! lol
  40. Indoor Footie . Sorry Soccer
  41. Hi I'm very new @ this. Could someone give me some pointers. Here is a shot of my daughter. I have a 50mm--1.8. Not quiet sure what the settings should be. Thanks for any input.
  42. Vicki, welcome and here's your answer.
  43. Boys varsity game.
  44. I shot in a cave (gym with no windows, 5/9 overhead cans burnt out) and used my new 50mm 1.4 lens. I am close to clueless, but this was huge improvement over last weekend, so here it is. Wish I had captured how far off ground kids were, but like the expression [IMG]
  45. Middle School b-ball.
  46. Romain Sato, Virtus Bologna vs Montepaschi Siena, 17 Jan 2007, Euroleague
  47. You can see all the photos here
