Gerald Cafferty
Another weekly challenge. If anyone else would like to post next week please give it a go, upload a High resolution jpeg. Just indicate by Wednesday next in this thread if you are willing to try. Remember there are no rules you can do what you wish in your interpretation, please can you give information of the steps taken and software used to add interest. It is not meant as a competition just a bit of fun.
Glenn McCreery
I started by cropping in Photoshop CS5, then separated the sky from the foreground for separate adjustments. I adjusted the level and saturation of the sky, but left it looking natural. I played with various oil painting settings in Topaz Simplify, and finally, placed a border around the image in in Nik Color Efex.

JRCrowe
Cropped to 16x9 to eliminate some foreground in Lightroom, +saturation, clarity, vibrance, gradient from bottom up to darken foreground, radial filter across the middle to brighten middle ground, dehaze overall, +saturation and -luminance on blue channel, slight vignette.
michaellinder
Cropped from top and right using PSE15. Then, in Color Efex, used low key filter for tonal adjustments. No sharpness adjustments. (I was fascinated by the alternating light and dark areas in GC's original, so retaining them was my main goal.)

Gerald Cafferty
I've adopted a fully automated approach this week. Auto adjust in LR, open in NIK Analog Efex, chose Vintage camera 7 with no further actions.
