  1. And please feel free to ask questions of others who have posted images or to join the discussion. If you don’t feel like using words, that’s OK too—unaccompanied images (or unaccompanied words, for that matter) are also very much welcomed. As for the technicalities, the usual forum guidelines apply: files < 1 MB; image size <1000 px maximum dimension.

    Here’s a 3-frame vertical panorama of Klamath Lake, shot with an 18-200 mm lens set at 18 mm.

  4. Back on the west coast and the first stop is always the beach. Harris Beach in southern Oregon has become one of my favorites.

  5. If you go a bit further south & inland, you come to the Smith River in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park.
