Uhh, hold camera at hip and shoot. ;-)
Basically, zone focused semi-wide and walk up to a subject and shoot without raising camera. I use the old 35mm lens trick for non-viewed framing... subject to camera distance is equal to the coverage on the long side of the negative... 6 feet away, you get six feet from left to right (if held horizontal).
