  1. I guess Nels must have jetted off somewhere, so how about something/anything/whatever? Here's mine . .

  3. Jeff, new enough and spot on.

  4. I no longer do this series, as I don't shoot with Leica. I've consiged my Leica D2 and my Pana LX2 to the collector's corner of my closet. Here's one with D2.

  5. You might as well carry on Nels, while this place is still breathing . . .

  6. There was dismal participation in the last few threads, perhaps because a lot of people who used to post pics have either voluntarily dropped out or left the forum. Me, I'm too busy with year end close activities and related stuff to process many new pics that are not family related. We'll see if the activities pick up here next year.

Okay to post family-related stuff, Nels. I like this pattern:

  8. I prefer to post pics of the casual passers by who simply stop and smile for a split second...before moving on...

  9. I posted these over on Street & Doc forum a few days ago, but the thread appears to have been deleted....perhaps because these aren't as pretty as the stuff that usually shows up on that prestigious forum frequented by street photography geniuses who are recognized the world over as standard bearers of...er...something....

  15. 2 from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City, last week. Both taken with Hasselblad SWC T* and Ilford Delta 3200.

  16. Paul,

I think you're a natural with the SWC. I't makes me sad to have had to get rid of mine. It was just too difficult to get film and processing o'seas.

  17. Another from the same roll, same details.

Robert Lawler, I think you are making your dimensions too long. It should be under 511 pixels horizontally. Other than that, keep the caption and it should show up in the thread.

  23. Nels, you make me miss SF. Great shots, which D2?

Charlie, love that 'Portage' shot, reminds me of some long ago Steichen work from CT.

  24. Dennis, By D2, I meant Leica Digilux 2.
