roland_larson
M3, goggled Tele-elmar 135/4, probably at f/5.6, Kodachrome 64. Scanned by Epson 2450 Photo<div></div>
karl_georg_wolf
Roland, most likely your lens is a Tele-Elmarit or how did you find a T-E with goggles ???? Normal versions of this lens come without .... Fine photograph! The tulips respond nicely to the rhythm of the cathedral. Well seen motif, beautiful light, thx for your post. Best regards

tito sobrinho
Excellent picture. The 3D effect is fantastic! Congratulations! There is no 135/2.8 Tele-Elmarit M but, Elmarit M 135/2.8 with googles. Tele Elmar M 135/4. ...and the oldies 134/4.5 Elmar, 135/4 Elmar, and 135/4.5 Hektor. roland_larson
Thanks all for the compliments; and the hints on the lens. Well it's got to be a 135/4 but after all these years my mind is kind of washed out and I couldn't recall what it exactly was. That was a time I didn't know much about Leica. Now I may know a bit more, but ironically I no longer own any Leica gear. This photo was all about waiting : waiting for the sun broke (Dutch weather, you know ...), for the girl came, for the crowds cleared, while my girlfriend (now my wife) waiting for me to take this shot ... thought I spent half an hour for things like that. And this mounted frame of Kodachrome waited for 18 years to get scanned and posted. Now I'm still waiting to see if the beautiful girl in photo would see this post and write me back :)
