Bill Blackwell Images
This week's W/NW begins with some pics I took in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA over the lest few weeks, all with my trusty M10-P. Lenses used were CV 40mm Nokton f/1.2 and 50mm Asph Summilux-M as indicated. Regarding the 40mm f/1.2, I really like the FL (it brings up 50mm framelines), but I'm having trouble liking how this particular lens renders - and it vignettes at every stop; not sure if it's a keeper or not. What to you think? B&W conversions via Nik w/ Panatomic-X film simulation. Now, let's see yours! httpwww.photo.netbarry
Here's a couple from a recent walk-about the neighborhood. Both taken with a Fuji Xpro2 with a Leica 35mm Summacron. I'm enjoying this combo.

arthur_mcculloch2
Been a quiet week for me. Got stung up attending to my bees last week, and now on doxy and cortisone cream. I think I'll get rid of the bees soon. Hello 'silent spring'. So only one shot, not of a person, but of flowers - a jacaranda in our front yard. Can't get, for the life of me, billblackwellphotography's forensic detail. M240, with a steineill munchen 135 lens - around f5.6, screw mount with adapter Regards, Arthur (apiarist1)

Stick with the nokton It has its place and time: 'to everything, turn turn, there is a season'. It may be waiting for its turn - low light, street photography, perhaps. Good shots. I've said before, I'd give my eye teeth (well, perhaps not) to have your control of focus, contrast, and dynamic range. Great shots. JDMvW
Some of you know how I feel about the Kodak Signet 35, but you can't say I don't give Kodak another chance. This one is the successor -- the Signet 40
