stephen_sylvestro
Does anyone know if there is a digital camera which will accept my old Vivitar lenses which are for my older Minolta SLR. Steve
franklin_polk
How 'old' is your Minolta SLR? If it is autofocus (Maxxum), the you have a few options, the Minolta 7D and 5D, and the Sony A100. If the lenses are manual focus, like MC/MD, then your only option are cameras from the Olympus 4/3 lineup, and the MD to 4/3 adapter from Cameraquest. tommyinca
a. There are adapters for Olympus E500 and E330. Negative: These are a 2X crop DSLR. b. Sony A100. Negative: Minolta own's adpater is a 2X Teleconverter. Generic adapter questionable optical quality is an issue. c. Canon EOS. Negative: Adpater adds 0.5mm to flang to sensor distant. Limited focus range.
