tony_doucet
I have an opportunity to buy a used Vivitar 2x tele-extender for Hasselblad. Does anyone have any experience with one of these? Would it be worth it at $300 CAD (about $450 USD). One major concern is that my opinion of Vivitar stuff is not particularly high. If they are manufacturing under a Hassie licence did Hasselblad set any quality criteria for them to meet?
rick_campbell
You can buy a brand new Kenko Hasselblad teleconverter from B&H photo for under $300 US. That price sounds really high for a used Vivitar.
matthew_cole1
Your pricing is wrong. If it is C$300 then it would be about US$210. This has nothing to do with the quality of the converter, of course, but may have something to do with how good a deal this is.
