Used sensor cleaning swabs

  1. Anybody have creative uses for used sensor swabs? I developing a small collection and hate to just toss them.

  2. Wrap 'em in fresh pec pads and re-use them, a la Copper hill method?

  3. Package in zip-top bag in fridge and use to scrub off really stuck on gunk on laptop screen?

  4. Take off the pads and they are a wonderful device for test tasting ice cream or gelato.........

  5. You can use them as paintbrushes for touch-up paint :)
Or, to clean battery terminals and battery contacts.

  6. I never used one. I had a LOT of trouble with spots in the early days of my camera and was hesitantly considering buying a kit. Instead I bought a giant air bulb blower and the camera had the good sense not to get a single visible spot since. I never used the bulb once. You have to let that camera know who's boss!
