rodeo_joe1
Micro USB cables are common as dirt. It's what every non-Apple smartphone uses for charging and computer connection. You can pick up a micro USB cable for £1 UK (about $1.30 US). Make sure it says 'charge and synch' or 'charge and backup' or similar though. There are some charge only cables on sale that have no data connection.
hjoseph7
Actually what I needed was a "mini" USB cable. I purchased the micro USB first, but it did not fit. Instead of the hassle of returning it I'll probably keep it ($7). After that, I bought a "mini" USB cable and was able to download the Firmware. Without that Firmware update, the flash would not work properly on my Canon 6D. I had this flash unit for over 15 years and don't really feel like replacing it...
