Universal Meteor

The most commonly used film of that era was Kodak Verichrome Orthochromatic with a film speed of 25 so using the sunny 16 rule would give a shutter speed in the range of 1/25 to 1/50 of a second. This film was insensitive to red so if the counter window in the back was red, the camera was made for this type of film. Hope this helps.
