pjmeade Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Hello Anthony, A must see is Carcassonne, with its walls and towers. North and east are places like Cordes and other hilltop towns. Between Toulouse and Carcassonne are a number of circular villages (circulades, there is a french web site, www.cathars.org that has an image bank covering many historical locations, don't go to the home page, google circulades and pull up a page from the cathars site). There is the Canal du Midi, the aerospace museum and the old buildings in the city centre too. You could be busy. I'll be staying just SE of Toulouse from 21st July, have a good time.
