Totally off topic...but Illustrator

Recommended Posts

The two series I've had best luck with in general are the Pogue "Missing Manual" series from O'Reilly and the "Bible" series from Wiley Publishing. However, while I have owned copies of Illustrator going back to early versions, and have bought a fair number of 'how-to' books about the application, I still have never found the books compelling enough or the practical need great enough to actually learn how to use the darn thing. I haven't actually kept buying it exactly, it has come bundled with other Adobe programs that I do use all the time.

Thanks you guys- making my library list now :) Oh- and it's not for wedding albums- just for fun, but I would love to learn Indesign too. I have it and a book, but haven't gotten to it yet.

Thanks again!
