musubi1000
I have searched the archives for times on XTOL 1:3 and Delta 400 and have not found any answers. I am familiar with HP-5+ in XTOL at 1:3 and prefer it over 1:1 dilution. Digital truth has no times at this dilution as well. Am I missing something? Is it not a good idea to use this dilution? If anyone has any experience with this combination any help would be very much appreciated.
jimvanson
Tak...go here for NEW D400 in XTOL at 1+2; http://tinyurl.com/2ya3t sorry I don't know of a time for 1+3
Kodak no longer supports XTOL at 1+2 or 1+3. Thats why you have a problem with not being able to find a time.
Kodak's April 1998 J-109 times for old D400 in XTOL at 1+3 is 16.5 minutes at 68 degrees. 1+2 was 14 minutes at 68 degrees. 1+1 was 10.5 minutes at 68 degrees.
Please Note: No mater what dilution you use Kodak stresses you must use a minimum of 100 mls stock for a roll of 120 or 35mm. 200 mls of stock for a roll of 220.
