Things that make you go "hmmmmmm"?

I put a picture up for critique and also for ratings. It wasn't a

very inspired photo..I just like the colors. It did rather poorly

and only got five ratings and no critiques. The odd thing is that

the "Details" say that there have been "0 views"...How can that be?

 

It also says it was viewed by annonomysly by these five. I'm just

curious...

The view counter isn't updated immediately, but rather once every day. If there are still no views after a day, something might be wrong.

Perhaps people have discovered a way to rate photos without looking at them. That would explain some of the ratings (both good and bad).

Stephen, :) very funny....when a photo is downloaded, is that considered a view or just when the photo is actually opened up to be seen?

I beieve every time the image appears on a screen, either as a thumbnail or full size, it's counted as a "view".

so the thumbnail views do count?

Thanks for posting! Well...I went from five ratings to six and from 0 views to over 3000...go figure! haha...Out of those 3000+ people only six rated it. Oh well I looked at it again today and it IS a pretty sucky picture! haha
