stevegood
I have taken probably hundreds of team photos and they are always in a rush. I've tried to convince coaches that we should do "something different" and they all agree but obviously doing shoots at the last possible minute doesn't allow for much creativity as time is an issue. I'm now trying to get next season's ideas together so I can contact the coaches in advance for a setup shoot.... am looking for ideas on what others have done/tried for the "Different" team photo. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
carl_auer2
Hi Stephen. This has been discussed here recently. I have one on my homepage (www.digital-eos.com) that is definately different. 2 speedlights mounted on the fence powered to +2 ETTL and exposed the camera to make the cloudes in the sky look dark. A little work in photoshop (ok a lot of work in photoshop) and there you go. My favorite shot from 2006 so far.
