manel_soria Posted July 19, 2005 Share Posted July 19, 2005 Hi, I have some FED-2 cameras, I never expected much of them.. but I decided to try a red FED2c. Focusing is almost impossible. But the optics (even fully open) is really sharp ! I took the FED2c to a presentation, the idea was that it is so quiet that nobody would see me taking the picture. Ja! Its red color doesn't help ! There are a lot of admirers of the Fed, Zorki and Kiev cameras in the Classic Cameras forum where the only real criterion for entry is pre-1970's construction.
