george_crawford
Does this happen to others. two new problems with photoshop cs have started and i do not know how to correct them.1 when loading cs a "net Passport login window pops up" I have been canceling this and moving on but it is annoying.2 When saving or saving as files from the same source i have been denied permission by my security settings. However if i walk through the folders to the same location from mydocuments etc. them save is allowedany thoughts on what has happened. My girls were playing with the computor last week and i have recently added a external hard drive.
paul_sokal___dallas__tx
Sounds like something got corrupted. Keeps kids and cats away from your computer. I'd try uninstalling PS and then reinstalling it. See if that doesn't help. Also, before you reinstall it, run Norton or equivalent utilities as you may have some bad registry code. emre
I suspect they installed "MSN Messenger". Don't know about the security settings.
jonathan_sacks1
I've had some weird things happen in Photoshop CS but never the ones you mention. The weird thing that have happened to me are problems with File Browser freezing up or with file icons in the open/save window either not showing the file name or showing a thumbnail consisting of of only one layer or fragment of the image. george_crawford
this problem required a re-install to correct. I still have no idea as to what caused the "denied Permission" Message
