Still can't update my account/profile settings.

  1. I really want to change my screen name. Why can't I? As usual, I fill in all the required info, click Submit, and it still tells me I haven't filled in the Address field. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

    I was able to save changes on the Account page after logging out, deleting the site's cookies, and logging back in.

    I also noticed that the site URL now has a www in it. I'm not sure how cookie exceptions are handled in my browser, so I've set it to allow them on both photo.net and www.photo.net; no idea if that makes any difference.
     
  3. Tried that, no luck. I've tried on two different PCs with three different browsers. It's just another site bug. Honestly, it's hard to believe they actually beta tested the new site given the number of issues we're all having.
     
  4. Hi David. I am using the "ancient" Windows 8 browser and when my name "disappeared" was getting the same error you have ("Please enter address"). Close you computer & reopen. This time just enter "Here" & "Here" for the address fields. I did this & system "took" it. Shut everything down again, go have a favorite cold/hot drink and try it again. I was then able to up-date & even get an avatar in! Everything is a bit messy, so good luck. Aloha, Bill
     
  5. OK, I entered "here" and "Here" and it took the address. That alone is simply idiotic that it worked. I also updated my screen name, but it hasn't carried through and my actual name is my screen name. Why?

    Honestly, I find it really, really hard to believe that this site was tested in any way. It's a mess.
