jamie_thomas
I have a wedding this Saturday, and the bride wants me to pick a location to take photos. I'm thinking down town, but where would be a great place to take winter weddings? Any help would be great.
david_gardner2
Maybe go to the park with the Arch, pose them against one of the lakes with the Arch framing them overhead?
barry_davis___st._louis__m
Jamie, are you from St. Louis? There are so many, it just depends on how much time you have. Tower Grove Park, but probably the biggest bang for your buck is Forest Park,,,so many venues available at the park! if you want to call me just send an email and we can talk... michaelchristensen
7th & Market - on the plaza; good fountain & courthouse backdrop; expect a lot of other wedding photographers. Tower Grove park - interesting stone architecture background and reflecting pool Arch grounds - always nice but expect some tourists creeping into background The Muny - Theater - another great spot for Wedding photographers; nice pillars, garden area (small) good luck
lyubov_strauss
Jamie, I live in Saint Louis, MO. I am the professional graphic designer and the photographer. I was shootinig weddings with another photographer few years ago in Saint Louis. Grove Park, Botanical Garden ( Japanese Graden) are the best places for wedding group pictures. I took very good picture of ARCH from the square in front of OLD COURT HOUSE. When the sun out, and the sky is clear you can see RACH on the back of the COURT HOUSE. It is great view, Union Station new the fontan is good place.

There's some really beautiful spots around the lake.
Congratulations on a happy marriage this weekend!

-Brenden
